     Three New Clients Give David James Group a Strong D.C. Presence

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.—July 10, 2008—Oakbrook Terrace-based integrated marketing communications firm David James Group (DJG) has recently added three new Washington D.C.-area clients to its roster: the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), the Marine Technology Society (MTS) and the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE).

“Washington D.C. is a very broad and attractive market,” says Anne O’Day Vice President, Client Services. “We’re happy to put our stake in the ground there and help our new clients exceed their marketing goals.”

On the leading edge of the pharmaceutical industry, AAPS provides its more than 12,000 professional members with a dynamic international forum for the exchange of knowledge to enhance their contributions to public health. DJG will be working with the Society to create a three-year-long program promoting the FIP Pharmaceutical Sciences World Congress in association with the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition to be held Nov. 14-18, 2010 in New Orleans.

MTS, another forward-thinking organization, is dedicated to promoting the awareness, understanding, advancement and application of marine technology. DJG will be rebranding the Society in order to help them achieve their long-range vision of becoming the leading authority and advocate for marine technology and resources while promoting member success and public understanding.

Also dedicated to moving forward, AFE is the premier organization for the community of facility engineers and maintenance personnel that provides educational opportunities, training, and certification for career advancement and professional validation. DJG is engaged with AFE to reposition the Association in their marketplace and attract a more diversified client base by promoting their industry-leading certification programs as well as the many other benefits.
