Naperville-based David James Group Appoints Glen Ellyn Resident Anne O’Day to Senior Account Representative Position
August 28, 2006—Naperville, Ill. David James Group, a Naperville, Ill.-based marketing and communications agency, recently appointed Glen Ellyn, Ill. resident Anne O’Day to the position of account supervisor. In this capacity, O’Day will manage the strategic marketing activities of several of DJG’s clients.
O’Day has more than 15 years of marketing, public relations and communications experience on both the client and agency side of business.
Prior to joining David James Group, O’Day worked for Clark Consulting as director of public relations. At Clark, she was responsible for developing and managing the media strategy and worked with multiple business unit heads to develop cross-company public relations and media and brand strategy.
In addition to Clark Consulting, O’Day also worked with Smith, Bucklin & Associates, the Boeing Employees’ Credit Union and the DuPage County Medical Society.
O’Day earned a bachelor of arts in English from Michigan State University and completed a certificate program, Marketing Communications: An Integrated Approach, at the University of Washington, Seattle.
She is married and has two children, Declan and Zoe.
